Description

The Neuromodulation Division at UCLA is looking for a student worker to perform clerical duties and administrative support for the Neuromodulation Division's Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) service and for continuing education programs.

The TMS service is dedicated to improving outcomes of treatment for psychiatric, neurologic, and other medical conditions through developing new methods to select the most effective treatment for each patient.

We are seeking a Student Clerical Assistant to perform light office work such as file preparation, data entry, and miscellaneous tasks.

This student will assist with conference/meeting planning and handle post-conference administrative duties, including tabulation of evaluations and certificate processing. Additionally, this student will have the opportunity to prepare and assist in TMS treatment operations, as assigned.


Duties pf this role include:
1. Set-up treatment rooms for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for daily operations. Including but not limited to sanitization, organizing, and restocking. 2. Aid with administrative tasks as needed for continuing education programs. 3. Perform clerical duties as needed. Please note you must be a current UCLA Student.


Pay Range:
$ $19.25 hourly


Qualifications
Must be a current student in good standing.
