We are currently seeking a Junior Area Manager (m/f/d) in the Catering Care sector to oversee multiple large kitchens in senior facilities and clinics in the southern German region of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, and Hesse due to our strong growth.

LOCATION: Dietmannsried, Bristol

Your Responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of kitchens in the care sector
  • Economic and personnel management of the care sector
  • Monitoring and analysis of numerical data
  • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards, especially HACCP
  • Development and implementation of measures to fulfill contracts
  • Control and adherence to budget
  • Quality control of meals, including conducting internal audits
  • Complaint management
