Assembly Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Technical and disciplinary leadership of an assembly team of 20 employees. It is particularly important to us to inspire and empower our employees within the framework of leadership responsibility, as well as delegate and transfer responsibility.
Ensuring a smooth production process and achieving economic, timely, and qualitycompliant production results
Coordination and optimization of work processes, including shift and personnel planning based on economic and scheduling criteria
Optimization of assembly processes and work environment
Implementation and compliance with legal and collective bargaining regulations, as well as company standards and regulations in the area of responsibility (e.g. occupational safety and environmental protection)
Control and monitoring of new launches
Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement (e.g. workplace design, tool usage, work organization, cost reduction)
Monitoring and ensuring production quality, as well as participating in the determination of quality standards
Managing and monitoring maintenance and repair work
Creating and maintaining workrelated documents such as
