    Our client, a Japanese Industrial Automation products distributor is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Sales representative to join their team

    Title: Industrial Automation Outside Sales Representative

    Industry: Industrial Automation

    Type: Full Time Direct Hire Exempt

    Location: Lexington KY

    Salary: Dependent on Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Japanese and English proficiency
    • Several years of B2B sales experience
    • Effective customer relationship skills
    • Ability to drive
    • Willingness to travel
    • Degree is a plus

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Manage and cultivate customer accounts and relationships
    • Collaborate between suppliers, inside sales, and customers
    • Recognize customer trends and discover new business prospects
    • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person
    • Promote products to manufacturers and suppliers to boost sales
    • Execute sales initiatives
