Experience in the following areas desired:

• Carpentry
• Roofing / Siding
• Basic Electrical Repairs
• Plumbing Repairs
• HVAC
• Drywall Finishing / Repair
• Flooring Installation

Must have reliable transportation and own tools.

Flexible schedule possible.
