New Patient/outreach Coordinator - Narberth, United States - Psychiatric Associates of Pennsylvania

We are currently in a state of rapid expansion and are looking for someone who is hard working, autonomous, and flexible who can help facilitate that growth while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

• Act as point of contact for all new patients for Psychiatric Associates of Pennsylvania.
• Answer and return all new patient incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Send new patient required paperwork.
• Schedule new patient appointments with appropriate Provider with emphasis on working with Providers on a regular basis to ensure that the right patient is scheduled with appropriate provider.
• Follows new patient coordination protocols to ensure that patients are coordinated and prepared for visit in an organized, consistent and seamless manner.
• Responds to patient inquiries and answers questions regarding practice, procedures, etc.
• Ensures optimal patient experience through coordination and communication.
• Ensures new patients are aware of the current Practice fees.
• Readily adopts and is engaged in practice operation changes.
• Assist with outreach including but not limited to developing and maintaining community relationships, organizing outreach events to promote the services of the Practice and distribute and track marketing needs for the Practice.
• Performs duties in accordance with Psychiatric Associates values, policies, and procedures and develop. distribute and track all marketing needs for the Practice.
• Other duties as assigned to support the Practice.
