Overview:


Our small and growing team consists of Business Development, Regional Mobility Managers and Analysts at all levels, each with individual skill sets, experience and background, bringing their own contribution and expertise to a close and collaborative team.

Using their consultative mind set, our team work with clients to achieve transformational success by:

  • Designing and implementing policies and processes, fit for purpose

Responsibilities:


Working closely with the growth and service delivery teams, the Implementation Manager will play a crucial part in the project management of onboarding new clients or managing change to existing clients, where required.


The, primary focus being on:

  • Leading the client onboarding process from handover with the growth team, following a signed SOW through to Go Live
  • Leading the technology element of implementation by working closely with our technology partners to ensure effective implementation
  • Project managing numerous work streams including service delivery processes and technology requirements
  • Defining processes and approaches, by working closely with the client, growth and service delivery teams
  • Working with Gallagher default or client providers to ensure the scope is fully understood and requirements are addressed ahead of GO Live, by providing training
  • Working closely and guiding client stakeholders to ensure their needs are met within the agreed scope, ahead of GO Live
  • Training the service delivery team on the processes, scope and approach
  • Overseeing the initial service delivery approach upon GO Live to ensure any tweaks are made effectively and there is a smooth handover
  • Operating in partnership with service delivery to identify and implement improvements process and technology, throughout the client lifecycle, as needed
  • Managing numerous adhoc projects, where change to service delivery model is needed
  • Managing the technology roadmap for change as required by the business
  • Running data analytics/ reporting from the technology
  • Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role._

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience.

License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred:

LIVE IN CENTRAL OR EASTERN TIME ZONE

  • Gained broad global mobility experience from a service delivery perspective
  • A strong background in technology in particular, with demonstrable experience in mobility assignment management platforms and integrated solutions
  • Experience of client onboarding, leading implementation and project management
  • Holistic understanding of compensation, tax, international payroll, immigration and relocation
  • Solid business acumen
  • Out of the box thinking
  • Willingness to pivot and contribute to projects outside of day to day responsibilities
  • Highly project and process management focused
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effectively handle multiple projects as well as manage the details associated with everyday tasks
