Center Coordinator - Genesis Behavior Center

Genesis Behavior Center is seeking a *Center Coordinator* passionate in leading a team toward delivering high quality *ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis delivering treatment to children with Autism* at Genesis Behavior Center in Sacramento area. Someone who is committed to professional development of staff and in building partnerships with families. The position is working at one clinic only.

Hours are M-F 9am-6pm. This is a fulltime hourly position.

*Position requirements: - High School diploma required.

Willingness to train and learn the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on Verbal Behavior (VB).
Must be able to successfully secure statemandated criminal background clearance and have a negative TB test & all other immunizations on file.
Possess a valid CA Drivers License and have dependable transportation.
Must enjoy teaching skills to children and have a positive attitude/enthusiasm and energetic active teaching

Required education:
High School Diploma

Possess prior experience leading a team of child care professionals
Strong background and demonstrated success with running high quality preschool & schoolage programs
Experience working collaboratively with others, while creating an enjoyable work environment
Exemplifies excellent customer service by making authentic connections with our families.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, sit on floor and run lightly
This is an immediate opening position
Must be able to work M-F

*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

As a leader for Genesis Behavior Center you will be responsible for managing all aspects director the center which encompasses but is not limited to: - Ensuring the highest quality program for children. Setting center-specific goals to achieve and maintain compliance and program quality.
Interviewing and conducting staff/ setting up staff training/ scheduling
Communicating with parents
Filling in for existing staff in emergency cases at the center
You will also assist staff in the development of professional skills and while being responsible for communication and compliance of company policies and procedures
Model developmentally appropriate adult/child interactions
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment at all times
