As a Sales Advisor, you will welcome and assist clients in our store, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to sales development and achieve common sales objectives
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and advising customers
Share the story behind our products and showcase our expertise
Proactively suggest complementary products
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to support customer retention
Participate in store operations such as visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management
Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines
Support the digital evolution of the brand
Act as a brand ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group, embodying our spirit of creativity and excellence
