- Oversee all services provided at and to all service locations in the group of practices (8+ locations, 40+ Providers).
- Accountable for the development, execution, administration, and evaluation of efficient and effective clinic operations to support GFP's purpose, values, and strategic initiatives.
- In conjunction with the senior leadership, develops tactics to implement the long-term strategic plan, including strategies for the operational execution to deliver high-value patient care for shared-value and managed care reimbursement models across the integrated delivery system.
- Ensures safe, quality and efficient patient services leading to overall patient satisfaction.
- Ensure the operational excellence that supports our mission to provide excellent, effective, high-quality healthcare to patients across all generations.
- Support practice administrators in day-to-day operations through development and implementation of workflows and timely response to location needs.
- Coordinate with locations to ensure proper ordering, inventory, and supply needs are met, while supporting appropriate accounting with the management services organizations.
- Responsible for the standardization of operational performance and patient care delivery behaviors and processes across the delivery system.
- Develop metrics and goals and ensure improvement, specific to each individual practice.
- Identify, document, and communicate best practices for the family of practices in collaboration with the management services organizations.
- Supports and is an active participant in physician recruitment, to include plan development for new specialties, implementation timetable, physician contracts, and utilization of clinic space.

We are seeking a strong, strategic operations professional who has overseen operations for multiple clinics. We are seeking someone who can approach the clinics from a financial sense and create budgets, metrics for clinic's success, etc. The ideal candidate understands the medical landscape in NC, has knowledge surrounding value based care, and has been in Practice Management. Primary care experience is required.
This role is hybrid based out of Cary, NC. It is a direct placement position with a strong salary + equity in the company.
