Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Developing the occupational safety management system
  • Coordinating occupational safety stakeholders
  • Creating risk assessments, operating instructions, and collective agreements related to occupational safety
  • Preparing and attending occupational safety committee meetings
  • Planning and conducting training and medical examinations
  • Acting as a point of contact for occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
  • Conducting workplace inspections and implementing resulting measures
  • Managing training and related software
  • Conducting accident investigations and developing accident prevention measures

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE
TABLE:

  • Completed degree in a technical field and ideally additional training as an occupational safety specialist (Sifa) (m/f/d) alternatively, we offer training to become a Sifa
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
  • Confident demeanor
