What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for providing support and advice for technical inquiries from international and national trade fair customers (exhibitors)
  • You will handle phone and written customer inquiries

What should you bring?

  • You enjoy personal communication with customers over the phone and via email
  • You have knowledge of computers and possess strong customer service skills
  • You are flexible, a team player, have good communication skills, and are willing to work hard
  • You have spatial and technical thinking skills
  • You have fluent German and English skills, and preferably knowledge of another language
