Description
What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for providing support and advice for technical inquiries from international and national trade fair customers (exhibitors)
- You will handle phone and written customer inquiries
What should you bring?
- You enjoy personal communication with customers over the phone and via email
- You have knowledge of computers and possess strong customer service skills
- You are flexible, a team player, have good communication skills, and are willing to work hard
- You have spatial and technical thinking skills
- You have fluent German and English skills, and preferably knowledge of another language
What do we offer?
- 30 days of vacation per year
- After a training period, partial home office is possible (3 days a week)
