Your responsibilities

Planning, controlling, and monitoring the production process as well as improving it
Leadership responsibility for a production team
Personnel planning and coordination of employees
SAPbased recording, evaluation, analysis, and presentation of production key figures
Initiating and accompanying continuous improvement processes and guiding TPM teams with the goal of developing the area of responsibility

Your qualifications

Completed qualification as a master or technician, degree in food technology, or comparable engineering degree
Several years of leadership experience required
Strong communication and assertiveness
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as goal and results orientation
Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends if necessary
