About the Position:
The Hospital Operations Supervisor for Linen will be responsible for supporting clinical and non-clinical personnel in the implementation of process evaluations, patient experience, quality audits, changes, and supports the team in identifying the best way to achieve performance efficiency.
You will report directly to the VP of Operations and work directly with your identified services to identify performance improvement opportunities and lead initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- 5 years of experience in Hospital Services, Operations, Clinical, and Non-Clinical Support
- 2 years of experience maintaining data records and working with Microsoft EMRs and EPIC
- 2 years of experience in performance improvement experiences preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) preferred
