Job Summary/General Purpose of Job

  • Accountable for conducting quality assurance audits of the ABA website to ensure organizational standards are maintained and are compliant with standards and policies. Oversee creation and maintenance of general web pages.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Reviews and edits existing page structures and collaborate with staff on information architecture for proposed new sites
  • Resolves quality concerns and addresses/corrects quality issues by interfacing with appropriate entities and staff.
  • Assists web development team with web requests.
  • Consults with QA team on improving operations procedures, makes appropriate recommendations, and sets timetables for improvement and/or corrections.
  • Coordinates with staff and entities to plan and organize web content by studying site concept, components, and functionality.
  • Consults in the design of page structure and navigational flow.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
Required Education, Qualifications, Experience

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least three years of website quality assurance experience.
  • At least three years experience in web editing and/or digital marketing.
Physical Requirements

  • Typical office work environment.
Extent of Travel Required in the Job

  • As a normal course of business, this job will typically require travel of less than 5% of the time.
