Position Description:


Quality Inspector responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conducts quality checks of in-process, end-of-process production and final testing of finished goods.
  • Generate reports using computer skills regarding defective product investigations and corrective action reporting.
  • Make determinations regarding acceptable or questionable product. Solicit judgment from Managers as needed.
  • Maintains and improves product quality by completing product and compliance audits and investigating customer complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable FDA standards and procedures.
  • Create and enforce safety rules, work rules and other plant policies and procedures with coworkers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested to accomplish company goals and meet established deadlines as directed by Management & other executive management members.
  • Associate's degree preferred or a minimum of previous manufacturing experience of 2 years.
  • Supervisory skills ability to work with and give advice/direction to other employees.
  • Technical proficiency must be able to use computers & generate reports.
  • Ability to create product inspection plans & develop test procedures.
  • Strong Verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flex shifts if needed.

Pay:
$50, $75,000.00 per year
