**Responsibilities**
Train, develop and manage line cooks per the Company/Executive Chefs standards
Assist with Executive Chef on creating menus and new dishes seasonally.
Anticipate ingredient needs, create prep lists, and place orders through approved vendors.
Maintain and manage the sanitation levels/expectations set forth by the Executive Chef/Director of Food and Beverage.
Monitoring/maintaining food quality, consistency and speed of service
Maintain all kitchen operations and vendor responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef
Reports to Executive Chef and/or Director of Food and Beverage
**Qualifications**
Experience working as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager preferred
High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, health and safety guidelines
Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
Able to communicate operation needs to staff and other management.
Adaptable to high volume and fast paced environment.
Serve Safe/PIC Certifications Required and or attainable
Compensation is based on Experience *** Salaried Position $38,000 $42,000 a year with Paid Time Off, TeleDoc Health Coverage, free meals/drinks.
