    Description
    Position Summary

    As an integral part of Arrow International, you will be responsible for unloading, moving, and storing materials, supplies, and equipment. Additionally, you will be preparing orders for shipping from the finished goods inventory. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative team dedicated to creating top-notch gaming products for a global audience.

    Primary Roles and Responsibilities

    • Follow packing lists, shipping orders, and verbal instructions for work tasks.
    • Receive incoming materials, conduct checks, and report any issues for proper storage.
    • Pick orders from finished goods, prepare them for shipping, and load them onto trucks.
    • Label outgoing shipments, organize storage areas, and maintain workflow efficiency.
    • Operate equipment safely, ensuring proper handling of materials and parts.
    • Report any equipment malfunctions, material defects, or unusual situations to the supervisor.
    • Adhere to safety regulations, keep work areas clean, and follow prescribed guidelines.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.


    Experience and Education
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift.
    • Quality and time-conscious with the ability to work independently.
    • Readiness for overtime and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer skills (PC/Windows) and shipping/receiving experience are advantageous.
