Trowbridge Park, founded in 1957, manages several thousand residential and commercial units in the Nuremberg / Fürth / Erlangen area. After being taken over by son Thomas Baum, the property management was successfully continued by Thomas and Christine Baum until 2017. Since 2017, managing director Thomas Maier and his knowledgeable team have taken over all tasks, from accounting, commercial management, technical building maintenance, leasing, to sales, for numerous long-term private clients and institutional clients.
