ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Non rotating 19 hour work week, hours are dependent upon season and program needs.
Responsibilities
The objective of this position is to assist the coordinators, supervisors and program managers in planning, organizing, observing and directing a variety of recreational activities in the Athletics program area.
Duties of this position necessitate driving to Athletics field sites daily for walk through of playing field or indoor facilities within the City.
QualificationsPosition requires a High School Diploma or GED with minimum of 6 months to one year experience. A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered. A valid driver's license is required.
Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.
Must obtain CPR and First Aid certifications prior to job assignment.Other Information:
Basis of Rating
Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.

Selected applicants must be able to pass a background investigation and a pre-employment drug test.
Any position that lists a minimum qualification for education level and/or license/certification will require the applicant to provide proof of documentation if selected for hire into the position with the City of Corpus Christi.
