Essential Accountabilities:


  • Responsible for overseeing the management, system planning, implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support of UKG Pro/Dimensions and Advanced Scheduler as well as the migration to UKG Pro throughout the organization.
  • Partner with HR & Finance leaders, IT management peers and peerlevel managers to assess the technological cost and impact of recommended changes, help clarify priorities and coordinate crossorganizational meetings as necessary.
  • Provide senior management, IT management, and HR management with an integrated business perspective, assessing and consulting on risks and the effects of specific requirements on other business processes and system priorities; ensure alignment of technology with business (HR) strategy.

Experience:


  • Experience with the configuration, implementation, migration, and maintenance of UKG business systems.
  • Experience working with UKG Kronos and UKG Pro/Dimensions

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
