    Tangelo is dedicated to improving healthy food access and promoting healthier lifestyles by making nutritious, affordable, and delicious food options accessible through a benefits platform for low-income families and those with chronic conditions.

    Our platform provides subsidized medically tailored meals and healthy grocery delivery at reduced costs, or even free, through partnerships with insurance companies, governments, universities, non-profits, and employers.

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

    As an Account Manager at Tangelo, you will play a key role in launching, managing and growing relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving customer retention and loyalty.

    Role Scope

    Develop, execute, and manage multi-stakeholder projects to launch new programs and clients
    Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
    Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and address any concerns or issues proactively
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, marketing, and operations, to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business goals
    Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on how to maximize the value and benefits of our products and services
    Monitor customer usage and engagement, and provide insights and recommendations to drive adoption and customer success
    Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
    Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and reports to customers, showcasing the value and impact of our products and services
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to inform customer strategies and initiatives
    Requirements
    4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or food industry
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    Exceptional ability to manage multi-stakeholder complex projects
    Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
    Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including including quantitative analysis skills
    Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, digital platforms, and marketing tactics
    Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools
    Passion for promoting health and wellness
    Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
