Location:
Laurel/Columbia, MD area.

This position will report to our Glen Burnie office, but will require some light travel to Rockville and Finksburg to support Hiring Events in our other locations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment
Partner with HR and hiring managers to onboard new employees and facilitate a smooth transition into their roles

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fastpaced environment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic team environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and other HR software tools
