Z Health Insurance is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives.

As an Entry Level Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in promoting Z Health Insurance's products and services, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce Z Health Insurance products and services.
  • Educate potential customers on various insurance plans offered by Z Health Insurance, including health, life, and supplemental insurance.
  • Assist clients in selecting insurance plans that best suit their needs and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training sessions and selfstudy.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Customerfocused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a desire to succeed in a salesdriven role.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Must be authorized to work in U.S.

Pay:
$65, $115,000.00 per year
