Facilitate Responsible Fatherhood workshops to provide a dynamic learning environment for fathers in virtual and in-person settings. The curricula delivered will be skills and evidence-based and designed to help strengthen positive father-child engagement and promote, form, improve, and sustain healthy relationships and marriages.

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate parenting and relationship education course curricula and adjust as indicated by group dynamic and need
• Deliver dynamic in-person and virtual workshops.
• Manage a group of up to 25 adult participants
• Ability to effectively explain new and unfamiliar concepts with confidence and passion
• Collaborate with MOU partners to co-facilitate Domestic Violence Education and Child Maltreatment Education in workshops
• Participate in enrollment appointments to build rapport with participants
• Assist in ensuring survey completion of participants in workshops
• Document and record participant information and service delivery in a timely manner as required by JFCS and funder
• Actively participate in program outreach activities to recruit and retain referral sources and participants
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as program needs require travel amongst the tri-county area comprised of Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties and evenings
