Description
We are seeking machine operators to join our team You will help operate machines and ensure excellent quality control.Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate machine operations and activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Operate a variety of machines & tools to produce quality parts
- Provide solutions to improve production efficiency
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
- Log production & maintenance
- Must be able to inspect and be responsible for the quality of your own work
Qualifications:- Previous experience in manufacturing operations or other related fields preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment but not necessary
- Be trained to operate various types of equipment, machines, and tools
- Ability to learn Shop Mathematics
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to stand for 810hour shifts
- Ability to use measuring tools like micrometer and caliper
Work Environment:
- Must feel comfortable with a fastpaced environment
- Must be able to work effectively with little or no supervision
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to selfreport
- Ability to come into work ontime
First and Second Shift Available
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
