Description

Purpose:
A nonexempt position, responsible for assisting Central Administration with daily activities and projects.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate meetings (partner meetings, manager meetings, lunch n learns) and communicate details to staff.
  • Attend meetings as assigned, prepare agenda as dictated, record and disseminate minutes to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle a variety of matters involving contact with various staff, board members, medical committees, government agencies, and the public.
  • Compose correspondence and disseminate to appropriate individuals.
  • Prepare various documents and handle confidential matters professionally.
  • Design marketing content for social media platforms and company events
  • Cultivate relationships with the community through community outreach initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum two years of administrative experience, preferably with at least one year with a healthcare organization.
  • Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and sensitivity to coworkers.
  • Demonstrate safe work practices and attitudes, and follow safety rules.

Equipment Operated:


  • Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

Work Environment:


  • Position is in a welllighted office environment. Occasional evening and weekend work.

Mental/Physical Requirements:


  • Involves sitting approximately 90 percent of the day, walking or standing the remainder.
