Description
Purpose:
A nonexempt position, responsible for assisting Central Administration with daily activities and projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings (partner meetings, manager meetings, lunch n learns) and communicate details to staff.
- Attend meetings as assigned, prepare agenda as dictated, record and disseminate minutes to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle a variety of matters involving contact with various staff, board members, medical committees, government agencies, and the public.
- Compose correspondence and disseminate to appropriate individuals.
- Prepare various documents and handle confidential matters professionally.
- Design marketing content for social media platforms and company events
- Cultivate relationships with the community through community outreach initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of administrative experience, preferably with at least one year with a healthcare organization.
- Marketing experience is preferred.
- Possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and sensitivity to coworkers.
- Demonstrate safe work practices and attitudes, and follow safety rules.
Equipment Operated:
- Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
Work Environment:
- Position is in a welllighted office environment. Occasional evening and weekend work.
Mental/Physical Requirements:
- Involves sitting approximately 90 percent of the day, walking or standing the remainder.
