Duties:

• Maintain the facility by performing preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Ensure that all equipment is maintained in accordance with building codes and regulations. Ensure that the facility is clean by vacuuming floors, wiping down furniture, cleaning windows, etc. Ensure that all required building permits are obtained for projects or changes that require the facility to be altered or completed after completion of the project or change. Ensure that all required permits are obtained for HVAC permits or certification as required as well as all other permits or certifications needed when working on projects or when entering into buildings as needed by completing all forms required by each department as needed by each department such as reporting changes in condition of units to management or owner on any issues found such as broken units or other issues as needed by each department such as water damage and mold issues and more issues such as pest control calls and more issues as needed by each department such as broken locks on doors and windows on units at the end of each day ensure that all equipment is cleaned up after use ensuring that all broken items are repaired before returning unit to owner at end of day ensure that all units are cleaned up after use ensuring that all broken units are cleaned up at end of day

Experience:

Preferred 1 year experience in facility maintenance preferred but not required
