Education and Experience

Should have at least one year of experience in using a spray gun (knowledge of openhand spraying)
Common mechanical knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow employees
Basic reading skills
Wet spray enamel experience
Licensed or must be able to obtain a license to operate a forklift and overhead crane

Responsibilities _(Others may be assigned)_

Retrieves parts from staging areas
Helps prep weldments for priming and finish coating
Must adhere to safety requirements of the shop and maintain a clean work environment
Applies a variety of surface coatings
Maintains spray guns and equipment
