Key Responsibilities**:

Ownership
of
Global Standards within the IBP Supply Step:Develop and maintain global best practices across regions and businesses to drive effective Supply Reviews within the Integrated Business Planning process.

Supply Planning Strategy: Develop and implement robust supply chain and master scheduling strategies across three distinct business units, aligning them with organizational objectives and standards.

Process Optimization: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency within the supply chain functions.

Performance Measurement: Utilize advanced analytics and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration with Business Units: Coordinate global supply efforts to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and execution of supply chain activities across various regions and business units.

Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to build supply chain capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Systems Capability: Coordinate standard toolsets across regions and businesses to enable overall supply chain capability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on master scheduling, inventory management, and supply planning. CHEMICAL industry alignment strongly preferred.
Travel required: approx. 25%.
Demonstrated experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
Proven track record of implementing supply chain best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives within a global organization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions to optimize supply chain performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire teams, drive change, and achieve results in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, particularly SAP, with expertise in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) module. Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
