- Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
- Bake a variety of pizza doughs (our traditional thin crust, double dough, and Chicago-style deep dish)
- Ability to perform line-cook related tasks as needed
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean cooking station as well as sterilize equipment
- You're on the move. You'll likely be on your feet your entire shift. You'll be cleaning, stocking, and making dough just to name a few tasks. You must be able to lift 3-40 lbs throughout your shift
- Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. You'll learn by doing

Job Summary:
As a Back of House worker, you'll stay busy. Whether it's making dough, prepping vegetables, cleaning that spot behind the oven, or making delicious pizzas with our Rosati family recipes; we'll rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you're needed.
To thrive in this job, previous experience working at restaurants is preferred, however not required.
