The Intercultural Fathers' Office was established in 2014 with the intention of creating conditions and incentives to strengthen and support Wolfsburg fathers from all cultural backgrounds and countries of origin in their role.

The Intercultural Fathers' Office serves as a counseling center for fathers and also organizes and networks offers with and for this target group.

The Intercultural Fathers' Office is an integral part of the Parenting Counseling Center.

For the Department of Youth, we are looking for you as:
Social Pedagogue, Social Worker, Educational Scientist (m) for the Intercultural Fathers' Office Wolfsburg | as soon as possible | permanent | full-time or part-time | S11b TVöD Your tasks: Coordination and further development of the network for intercultural fatherhood counseling Initial counseling and/or referral of fathers to existing counseling services Development and implementation of intercultural fatherhood groups as well as innovative offers for fathers Accompaniment and encouragement of self-organization of fathers Networking and cooperation with other institutions and public relations
