    About the Role

    As our Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our most valuable asset – our people. You'll wear many hats, acting as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and champion for employee well-being. You'll partner with managers and employees across all departments to ensure a smooth and positive HR experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

    Responsibilities

    Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by building strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns, and providing confidential guidance.

    Payroll & HRIS: Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. Oversee and maintain our HR information system (HRIS) for data integrity and efficient recordkeeping.

    Benefits Administration: Administer our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Answer employee questions and ensure seamless enrollment and claims processing.

    Recruiting & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview top talent to find the best fit for our growing team. Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome, informed, and prepared for success.

    Performance Management: Partner with managers to develop and implement effective performance management processes. Support performance reviews, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

    Company Culture & Morale: Plan and execute engaging company events and initiatives to boost employee morale, foster team building, and celebrate achievements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
    • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
    • Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems preferred.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish
