Description
Responsibilities:
- Review title commitments, surveys, and legal descriptions for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to resolve any title issues.
- Maintain accurate records and files for each transaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in title insurance, real estate, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office and title insurance software.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and title insurance processes is helpful.
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
