Fairview is a privately owned investment company headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. Since our founding in 2007, we have successfully implemented numerous investment programs for institutional and private investors.

Throughout the cycle of each investment, we cover all measures of the acquisition, management, and sales phases to achieve a successful outcome. Our expertise lies in active fund, investment, portfolio, and property management, as well as the development of real estate in strong economic centers.

For our investors, we see ourselves not as a superior advisor or controller of partial processes, but from the beginning as a comprehensive real estate manager, covering all areas with our own experienced employees. In this role, you will be approximately 70% operational and 30% active in your leadership role. This means we are looking for someone who already has some leadership experience, but also has a desire and enthusiasm to actively participate in the day-to-day operations. Overall, we are looking for someone who fits well into our team.
