On behalf of a nursing facility near Berlin, we are looking for a
Director of Nursing (m/w/d) to start as soon as possible.

You convince as a person In terms of your professional experience and expertise, your compensation will be individually determined with you.

Your tasks:

Design and optimization of the duty roster
Professional guidance of employees
Management of nursing and care processes, taking into account professional, legal and qualityrelated aspects
Participation in the development of concepts, standards and methods
Appreciative leadership as well as motivation and retention of employees

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g. geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse or pediatric nurse)
A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
Binding and customeroriented appearance
Experience in leading teams
