High Volume AAA Roadside Assistance Provider is looking to add 2 dispatchers to its growing teamSerious inquiries only.
MUST HAVE AAA DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE
- Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour depending on experience
- Work authorization: United States (required)
Experience:
- Dispatching 2 year (required)
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service skills is a must
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Team player with ability to motivate others.
- Ability to deal with conflict resolution
Job description:
1) Understanding and maximizing the efficiency of your team of drivers.
2) Knowing the whereabouts of all of your drivers.
3) Following up and keeping all customers informed of the location of the driver that is assigned to their service request.

Weekdays, weekends
