Andersen Commercial Plumbing recognized as Southern California's Top Service Commercial Companies is currently seeking a Plumbing Sales Advisor.


Position Summary:

The basic function of the Plumbing Sales Advisor (PSA) is to ensure that all jobs are being sold and managed correctly.

The PSA is responsible for selling jobs and assisting the technician(s) with large opportunities.

The PSA is responsible for doing job site follow-ups and inspections on all sold work to ensure that jobs are being completed properly and exceed customer expectations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review daily opportunities with Service Manager / General Manager
  • Sell and manage jobs.
  • Submit weekly completed sales reports for review by 10:00am Monday mornings.
  • Ensure customer experience is above their expectations.
  • Provide sufficient information to both the customer as well as the technicians as to the scope and layout of the proposed work.
  • Conduct followup visits to ensure work is completed according to the agreement.
  • Communicate in a timely and appropriate manner to all members of \management and coworkers.
  • Conduct training classes.
  • Ensure the company assigned vehicle and equipment is clean, secure, and in good working condition always.
  • Communicate with senior management on all jobs over $25K for review and approval.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for technicians and coworkers.
  • Represent Andersen Commercial Plumbing in our communities in a positive manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be able to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license with the CSLB.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be insurable.
  • Be knowledgeable of current pricing, seasonal promotions, coupons, and other price related information.
  • Understand and demonstrate basic plumbing knowledge.
  • Must be goal oriented and a selfstarter.
  • Must be able to operate a sewer camera and locating equipment.
  • Must be able to leak detect accurately.
  • Must have a pleasant demeanor and be able to demonstrate good customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work with other employees, management, technicians, and customers.
  • Must have basic sales skills.
  • Must have basic reasoning skills.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Must be able to work with third parties, such as financial institutions,
to assist customers with financing.


Experience
A minimum of three years' experience in Residential Service Plumbing.

A minimum of two years' experience in a Sales Position.


Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Regularly requires sitting, squatting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting for prolonged periods of time.


Body Movements


The employee must have a full range of body movements including the use of hands, feet, and fingers to handle or feel objects and must be capable of bending, reaching, and crouching.


Body Senses
Must have command of all five senses sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Must hear and speak well enough to conduct business over the telephone.


Strength
Must be able to lift to 70 pounds.

$90, $140,000.00 per year
