What you will be doing:


Develop and provide internal website content that motivates and entertains to ensure users will regularly access websites and use as a major source for information and decision-making.


GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs website editorial activities, including researching information and writing articles that enhances the value of the site to colleagues.
  • Develops and designs infographical content.
  • Work with key personnel on creating short, concise, informational video content.
  • Work closely with individuals and teams to generate news post ideas, disseminate important information, and utilize pertinent online information.
  • Develops and composes written and graphical content for website to provide information on organization and services.
  • Develops user interface and design standards, including improvement of features to attract visitors to websites.
  • Monitor trends and activities online to develop guidelines to increase presence and improve design and usability.
  • Designs graphics to enhance the look of the site.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, graphic design, communications, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.


GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in developing, writing, and editing relevant news stories, incorporating graphics to support brand identity, consistency, and production of materials.
  • Knowledge of web content tools and methodologies, i.e. SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceive and build creative, engaging, and informative infographics based on complex technical and business initiatives, working in conjunction with various teams.
  • Demonstrated ability with video creation and editing skills for informational and educational videos, preferably using Camtasia or similar platform.
  • Proficiency in change management methods and techniques to ensure the coordination of people (colleagues across various teams and different levels of the organization) and processes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with colleagues to translate technical processes and detailed business processes.
  • Proficiency to operate independently and as a part of a team.

Added bonus if you have:


  • Experience using Camtasia.
  • Experience setting up, designing, and maintaining internal SharePoint sites.
  • Experience/familiar with FirstUp content management system.
  • Portfolio of original infographics simplifying complex topics.
  • Extensive Microsoft suite experience, i.e. Teams, Viva Engage.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation.

The pay range for this full-time position is $73, $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
