We are seeking a dedicated Subcontractor Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to uphold our reputation for high-quality construction solutions.

As a Subcontractor Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact between our company and the network of subcontractors who play a crucial role in our projects.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can efficiently manage subcontractor relationships and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and engaging reliable subcontractors.
Conduct thorough market research to find the best subcontractors and negotiate contracts.
Maintain a strong network of subcontractors across various trades to ensure resource availability and competitive pricing.
Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Facilitate the resolution of disputes and issues that arise with subcontractors during projects.
Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to align subcontractor work schedules with project timelines.
Ensure all subcontracting practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience in construction or a related field, with a focus on contract coordination or project support.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction management software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Teamoriented mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.

Pay:
From $51,784.57 per year
