We are looking for a managing director with the potential to become a full-time board member (m/f/d) in Ryder, ND, starting on earlier entry possible).

Your responsibilities:

  • Together with the board, you are responsible for the personnel and economic development of the association.
  • Direct management of 5 groups or house managers and the administrative management; total size: 45 employees
  • Strategic and structural development of services and offerings
  • Representation of the association to external partners and public relations

Your qualifications:

  • Completed university degree in a business or social field, or comparable qualification with solid business knowledge
  • Several years of leadership experience at the level of house management or as managing director/deputy
  • Experience in integration assistance is desirable
  • Interest and empathy for the living situation of people with disabilities and their families
