Description
We are looking for a managing director with the potential to become a full-time board member (m/f/d) in Ryder, ND, starting on earlier entry possible).
Your responsibilities:
- Together with the board, you are responsible for the personnel and economic development of the association.
- Direct management of 5 groups or house managers and the administrative management; total size: 45 employees
- Strategic and structural development of services and offerings
- Representation of the association to external partners and public relations

Your qualifications:
- Completed university degree in a business or social field, or comparable qualification with solid business knowledge
- Several years of leadership experience at the level of house management or as managing director/deputy
- Experience in integration assistance is desirable
- Interest and empathy for the living situation of people with disabilities and their families
