Administrative Assistant - Clinic
Location:
Munster, IN
Job Summary:
This position provides administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Physician Practices & Recruitment. This position is a member of the Administrative Team and reports directly to the Director.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Requires high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 4 years experiences required/EPIC preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Secretarial, business and communications courses required.
- Typing is required 50 WPM.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills both written and verbal. Demonstrated organizational and public relation skills. Ability to operate all office machines, including photo copiers, calculators, multiline telephones, personal computers with Microsoft Outlook, and fax machines. Word processing and electronic spreadsheet experience. Professional appearance and manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Schedule:
Part-time (Benefit Eligible), Days, Mon - Fri: 8:30am-2:30pm
