About the role:
As a claims analyst you will handle a diverse range of claims, correspondence, quality assurance, and escalations.
Your primary goal will be to ensure the satisfaction of our team's goals and priorities while meeting the expectations of both internal and external clients.
You'll play a crucial role in claim handling, adhering to Service Level Agreements, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
