Job Description

Dry Force is currently seeking a Water Restoration Technician for a second shift role based in Irving, Texas.

As a Water Restoration Technician, your main role will involve addressing water damage issues by removing, replacing, and repairing damaged materials. In addition to technical skills, strong customer service is essential since technicians are often the first point of contact for clients in distress.

Responsibilities:

Manage water damage issues, including material replacement and removal
Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers for property restoration
Evaluate necessary construction tasks and promote Dry Force services
Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain professional and friendly communication with team members and clients
Adhere to company policies for safety and quality standards
Operate company vehicles following traffic laws and guidelines
Record drying progress via mobile devices

Qualifications:

Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Flexibility for overtime and holiday shifts
Preferred certifications in water damage or mold remediation
2-4 years of experience in Structural Restoration and Construction
2-4 years of Customer Service experience
