Communication Skills: Scheduler will need to speak with coworkers and employees on a regular basis, therefore excellent telephone etiquette is necessary.

Thinking Skills:
Scheduler will need to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly.

Organizational Skills: Coordinating multiple schedules, people and many moving pieces will keep schedulers on their toes.
