    HOW YOU WILL MAKE THIS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
    As the General Foreman Support Specialist, you will provide administrative assistance both in the office and in the field to the Electric Operations General Foreman (GF). This role is critical to allow the GF to be hands on with their crews in the field to improve safety, quality, and productivity. This driven and motivated individual must have the ability to prioritize requests, quickly shift tasks, and be a proactive problem solver.

    SOME OF WHAT WE ENTRUST YOU TO DO
    • Support GF with general technology, system (HCSS), login setup ), and implementation of new programs and processes/procedures
    • In conjunction with the Compliance department assist with training crews on new/updated policies and procedures to maintain compliance with, but not limited to, DOT, Driver Logs, DVIR, and relevant trainings
    • Provide training as needed to GF on timecard entry and submission process; assist with review of timecards for accuracy to include any necessary corrections
    • Coordinate with Accounting for credit card requests, distribution, and submitting receipts
    • Correspond with other departments on behalf of GF to assist with requests, questions, and general communication
    • Provide administrative support for your area and GF/ Superintendent
    • Support GF with field duties (pre-field, LPO, observations)
    • Perform other job-related duties

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Ability to learn company software, programs, and processes in a timely manner
    • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
    • Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and verbal instructions
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record

    YOUR PRIOR EXPERIENCE
    • Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Desired: Associate degree in related field
    • Desired: 2 years of verifiable administrative or assistant experience

    COMPETITIVE PACKAGE
    The pay range for the General Foreman Support Specialist inRedding, CA is $21 to $27 hourly.
    This pay range is our competitive compensation at the time of this job posting. Your pay will be determined based on a number of factors, such as experience, education, skills, and applicable knowledge.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
