Automotive Training Manager

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000
As the Training Manager, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our sales and service teams. This position demands a versatile individual with a deep understanding and first-hand experience in automotive sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training programs tailored to the sales and service operations, equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their positions.
Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises.
Conduct training sessions in various settings, including classroom and handson, dealership visits, and remotely.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to support their continuous improvement and development.
Analyze comprehensive reports that identify process deficiencies to help inform where additional training or coaching is needed.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and outcomes.
Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive sales and service training.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive sales and service.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel to all Lee Auto Malls' locations statewide; mileage paid.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
