For our renowned client in the machinery and plant engineering industry in Hamburg, we are looking for a long-term
Customer Service Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)
for our team in North Hornell, NY.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for timely order processing
Coordination of the order transfer process in collaboration with the technical sales team
Monitoring of deadlines and delivery/acceptance dates in SAP
Order processing and customer communication
Preparation of necessary documents

Your profile:

Completed training as a foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or similar
Relevant professional experience in a similar position
Knowledge of foreign trade law, secure knowledge of INCOTERMS
SAP knowledge
Good knowledge of English
