Labor Relations Manager (m/w/d) - Exciting Career Opportunity for Lawyers in Full or Part-Time

Location: Atlantic City

In this responsible staff function, you will act as a consultant and sparring partner for management, departments, and HR. With your personality and expertise, you will establish a trusting working relationship between the company and the works council. You will report directly to the HR director.

Responsibilities

  • Competent contact person for the works council
  • Conception, expert negotiation, and securing of works agreements
  • Handling complex individual and collective labor law issues and monitoring changes in laws
  • Professional advice to departments and HR regarding compliance with local laws and regulations in employment relationships
  • Development, continuous optimization, and implementation of group-wide standards for employment contracts, contract templates, standard clauses, and other labor law regulations and processes
  • Creation of training concepts and conducting trainings on labor law topics
  • Legal support for organizational development and change management processes

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in law/jurist
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a lawyer with a focus on labor law, preferably in an industrial company with collective
