Minimum Qualifications:


  • Covid19 vaccination required

Job Duties:


  • Deliver new admission charts and initiate forms for admission preparation.
  • Fax physicians' orders daily, ensuring prompt communication.
  • Organize and maintain an orderly nurses' station.
  • Screen incoming calls for nursing, forwarding messages promptly.
  • Schedule appointments with physicians for residents.
  • Document information as directed by Nursing Administration.
  • Notify Food Service of any dietary changes.
